24/7 access to me, via the Coached by Megs app and WhatsApp: regular contact and communication will help you stay consistent, allow you to ask any questions you may have, chat about your progress, send me regular messages and updates throughout the day (e.g. photos of your food, videos of your training sessions etc), and allow you to gain support and motivation from me on your more difficult days
Educational content and online seminars about a wide variety of topics, such as ‘Food Psychology and Mindset’, ‘Nutrition Fundamentals’, ‘Training Fundamentals’, ‘Fat Loss 101’, ‘Grow Your Glutes 101’ - seminars are regularly updated with new videos about highly requested topics.
* Please note, there is a minimum 3 month subscription policy; after your first 3 months, your subscription will continue on a monthly rolling subscription basis, which can be cancelled at any time.
